The Pulse helps ensure that leaders are aware of what is happening in other corners of the Illuman organism.

The Chapter Development Council offers a Convener Mentor Program, providing current Conveners the opportunity to connect with a mentor who can help them navigate the challenges of leading a Chapter by sharing their advice, insight, and experience.
